The English countryside is a long way from my Brooklyn roots, but I’ve always been attracted to the warm and wonderful look and feel of English manor houses. I wanted The Gardens to be different from any other apartment complex you’ve ever seen, with modern living spaces, tree-lined streets and pretty landscaping.
